I know men are less likely to come into the clinic, and when they do they are frustrated and feel alone in their struggle. I knew they needed an easier solution. One that felt less embarrassing but was simple enough to do at home and get results. Using my clinical pilates experience along with my pelvic floor education and training I designed a program pelvic floor exercises for men to find their pelvic floor, teach them what it feels like, and strengthen it.
