Stop your leakage and get your life back

Hi I’m Mel,

I know men are less likely to come into the clinic, and when they do they are frustrated and have been feeling alone in their struggle. I knew they needed an easier solution. One that felt less embarrassing but was simple enough to do and home and get results. Using my clinical pilates experience along with my pelvic floor education and training I designed a program to help men find their pelvic floor, teach them what it feels like, and strengthen it.

Yes alcohol is a diuretic and along with caffeine can change the acidity of your urine which can make it harder for your pelvic floor muscles to work and control your leakage.
Absolutely the sooner you can wake your pelvic floor muscles up and get them active the faster they recover after surgery. We recommend the 3 month subscription so you can do 1 month prior to surgery and 2 months after surgery.
